HUMAN RESOURCES: LVA-i

LVA-i is a useful tool to:

  1. Recruitment - pre employment tests.

  2. Periodic evaluations, at all levels.

  3. Personality test. Management skills, personality traits, emotional stability, etc.

 

LVA-i is a pre-employment and personality testing platform that integrates our unique voice analysis technology with carefully designed questionnaires to create a pleasant and unbiased assessment environment as well as very clear reporting.

 

Why use LVA-i?

Until recently, recruitment processes were mainly based on many paper-and-pencil questionnaires, different tests, and long interviews.

 

LVA-i is an additional tool in the hands of the people in charge of the selection of personnel that allows to have empirical information that cannot be manipulated by the candidate, objective, fast and economic.

 

The questionnaire can be done in three ways:

1. Remote Mode: Structured interview over the phone/VoIP, assisted by a phone operator.

2. Interactive Post: Automated interviewing procedure in a Human-PC interaction, by answering the questions in front of a PC.

3. I.V.R Integration / Web Interface: Using 3rd party IVR or web service

LVA-i questionnaires vary by company and circumstance, but generally cover topics such as:

  • Loyalty

  • Honesty

  • Professional experience

  • Compliance with confidentiality

  • Background

  • Corruption and fraud

  • Consumption of drugs

  • Alcohol consumption

 

At the end of the questionnaire, the system prepares automatically a report with the results and allows us to know the veracity of the answers.
